We offer our first floor & outdoor space for rent for your pop-ups, intimate events, product launches, exhibitions & more.
The complete space contains about 45m2 of intimate space, with high ceilings & lots of natural light. In addition, we have an outside courtyard of about 30m2.
Murmur is the ideal location for small scale events, pop-ups & more. Test your concept, organise a performance, launch a new product or run a temporary exhibition or shop.
Since we have a retail function on the first floor, your exhibition can be run by our staff & stay publically accessable for 4-5 days a week, without requiring your presence & without extra cost.

ART & CULTURE
For artists & cultural efforts, we offer low rates or a risk-free commission model, depending on your fit & what you’re bringing to our building. Tell us what you need, & we’ll find a way!
As an indication, regular rental for non-profit or artistic use, start from €150/week, depending on your development profile & access to public or private funding.

in 2026, commercial use of the space starts from €275/week.
For shorter use, longer use or collaborations with barter agreements, contact us! We’re open to all alternative models, collabs, visibility exchanges & more.

We’re located in Onderbergen 51, 9000 Gent.
Our area “Linkeroever” contains the main art campus of the LUCA university, and is riddled with boutiques, restaurants, art stores and coffee shops. This neighbourhood is, centrally located, preferred by locals and visited by value-seeking tourists.
Parking facilities “Kouter”, “Center” and “Sint-Michiels” are very close..
